Always double-check your address before submitting a purchase. If a package gets returned due to the wrong address, the client must pay to ship once again. Also, if the package gets lost/delivered to the wrong address, we do not offer a replacement for such an order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Wrong address will need to pay the shipping amount to get re-shipped
Stolen packages after being delivered MUST file a claim and open an investigation with usps or ups.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
